Woe is me, I'm a tardy and far too oft lazy blogger. But the good news is that I'm still writing lots and have some new songs to post soon. That is all.

I'm on Last.fm

I've put a couple tracks up on last.fm, which is great. If you are not using last.fm yet, you really should. It is great for hearing new music in any genre that you like.

So you should head over to my last.fm page if you get a chance and tag my music under a genre you think is appropriate. Also, what artist sound similar to this stuff? I don't know so maybe you could help me out on that!

I'll put my better songs on there as they arrive. I should have a new one up in a day or so.

I got a baritone ukulele recently and wanted to try using it as a primary rythm element in song. So I just whipped this song up this afternoon. It's for my lovely wife and uses the word 'baby' like eight times or something. Nice.

Only a verse, pre-chorus, and chorus on this one... been sitting on it for a couple weeks so I thought i would just toss it up for your listening pleasure.

This came out sounding really epic. The whole song structure came together really quick, which is rare for me. Maybe a touch long? I don't know, maybe it suits the fist pumping epic-ness of the song...
